| Subject: Students that want to study in another country??? |

I am an a student in a special program but I want to transfer this program to another country that has is but I am to young to move there by myself so what if I decided to move in with a permanent resident of that country. And the time spend I want to stay in that country is about four to six years?
What do I have to get to do this in terms of student studying, visa, do I have to apply or something or can I apply for something else to move there?
