Hi Sandeep, did you send your passport for stamping in Buffalo. We were talking to people and they all were of the opinion to take visa to some country and enter back.Does any body know any place for indian passport holders dont need a visa and the cheapest air ticket to the place.

Dear Amy
As per Manual OP6 - Federal Skilled Worker, Clause 12 (on page 30), it is defined that if you are living in Canada, you will be directed to the nearest CIC office within Canada. You do not have to cross border.
You can refer the manual at CIC website at the following web address.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/manuals-guides/english/op/index.html
Hope this will help.

Dear Amy
Buffalo is going to stamp your passport. They need 3 photographs for their records. Once your passport is stamped, you need to complete the formalities of ´landing´, which will be done at CIC near Tornto. I am sure there will be a CIC office in Tornto.
i just completed a similar process for my Work Permit (I am not a PR). While my WP was extend by CPC Vegreville, my passport was stamped by CIC Buffalo. I also submitted 3 photographs to Buffalo. I am in Montreal.

I did 3 WP Extension and I never submitted photographs.
Do you think there will be CIC in Canada.I thought CIC Centres will be only outside Canada

Dear Amy
CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada) offices are located within Canada aswell, though these offices do not issue visa. I surely know CIC office in Montreal. Visas are only issued by CIC´s located outside of Canada. That is why we need to send passport to Buffalo to get passport stamped. I think you will get a proper answer from CIC call centre at 1 888 242-2100.

You said, you got 3 WP extensions. Did you get your TRV also extended? That must have been done by Buffalo office.
