If you have been deported from US, I do not think you can ever get a Visa. I am not sure about Canada.

Your story that a friend said its OK to cross without Visa will not fly in any legal circles. Ignorance of rules is not an excuse.

Get a lawyer.

tell your stupid friend that gave you stupid advise to pay for your lawyer. If your friend told you to jump off a bridge - would you do it? Sorry if I am not sympathetic... you have made a very bad decision that there might not be any way to fix.

I suspect any idea of getting back into the US is wishful thinking on your part. You have not said why Canada will not let you re-enter the country. Did you have a valid visa?

Canada would not allow me to reenter as they said I was deportable by US. US immigration sent me in shackles like a criminal to New York City where I was put on charter plane with 300 other Indians, Pakistanis and others on direct flight to Dehli. US was very strict and treated me as though I was common criminal. Canada seemed to be backing the US decision. I now need HELP in getting back....??????????Help me, please!!!

you seem to be missing something. In the eyes of the law - you have broken the law. What you have done is illegal in both countries.

what do you expect us to do that can help you? you still have not said why you were going to the US. You still need a lawyer.

Dehli,
You really know how to shoot yourself in the foot. I am assuming that you had some valid visa when you entered Canada, atleast that should have given you some idea of international borders and immigration ? For future I suggest you inform people you know and who shared your earlier opinion so that they don´t make the same mistake.

you still did not answer the question. were you in Canada legally?

Of course it is serious! You were attempting to enter the country illegally. which part of serious do you not understand. what was the purpose of your visit that you were willing to be there without proper documentation??? Homeland Security would like to know.

You are not a citizen of Canada- therefore Canada has no obligation to protect you.

If America was so important to your future - I do not understand why you would have taken such a risk???

what part of the story are you not telling us. All the desperate weeping in the world is not going to change the US immigration laws.

I had visitor visa for Canada. I need to get back now to my promised land. I love Canada and the US. Why they treat me like this? This is hard.

Delhi, I really think you are wasting your time answering other member´s questions. just contact a good lawyer and consult with him. This is a serious matter and you need legal advice. I dont think there is anything any of us can do for you here.
