Office question, why I like to land now and going back to USA,
They insist me to land permanently before expire my visa validity.
Somehow I manage to satisfy and office let me in, but they specify that it has been remark that I am ?NOT PHYSICALLY LANDADED, and I HAVE to INFORM at PORT of entry when I move with all ?Goods to follow?.
Another question first officer asks me when my GC has been filed in USA, Ans- NO, officer reply; ?they can call and confirm?.
When I asked when my days counter start, Officer Reply: from today because I chose to land. I can travel by road with confirmation of landing paper.
Another office was very nice, whiling stamping a confirmation of Landing Paper of my kids, he inform me about all his right of PR, except voting.
Next day apply for SIN number (no trouble) and also open a bank account (with lot of trouble because no SIN number)
My Question is what will the effect if the officer had a remark ?NOT PHYSICALLY LANDADED, and I HAVE to INFORM at PORT of entry when I move with all ?Goods to follow? to be in Canada Physically.
