I think Delhi is scamming all of us...his story and his desperate plea for help smells of some kid having fun on this forum.
BUT, if it is a true story.....you are screwed and can not be helped!
Rules are in place to keep order...you broke the rules...you lose!

I am looking for lawyer here in Dehli. I am saddened by way I was treated like common criminal by US immigrations and will go through lawyer now. America is my dream and I love both Canada and America.

I am sorry to read about your situation. In the eyes of US Law, you are a criminal and they treated you accordingly. I do not believe a lawyer in India can successfully handle your case. You need an immigration lawyer in USA. You may also check with some lawyer in Canada, so that you can atleast get entry in Canada.
By the way, Indian immigration authorirites also treat the same way persons arriving in India without a valid visa. I know a British citizen who was arrested at New Delhi airport because he was not having a valid visa. He had to spent a night behind the bars with ordinary criminals. Next day he was deported to UK.

My friend, you were a guest in Canada and you broke the laws of the country. My suspicion is that your visitors visa was expired too - am I correct? You were treated as a common criminal because you are!
There is nothing really to appeal. There is little or no chance that Canada will give you another visitors visa- in their eyes you cannot be trusted.
If you want another chance at Canada you may need to consider a skilled worker application and a very good lawyer. I think there is a waiting period before you can apply because of this recent events.

Yes, From all his bluff and from his spelling [Dehli and not Delhi] any one can make out, he is nowhere in Delhi.Else no one will make such small mistake,I think so !!
