My husband is a Permanent Resident of Canada. I am going to apply for visit visa. i am a housewife. Will I get visit visa easily? Does CIC issue visit visas to housewives? How much funds will I have to show in my Bank account? Will anybody guide me for this? I am going to show that I am looking after my husband´s office which is in the country where i stay. But there is no any documentary proof that I am looking after the office.

First thing is your husband should apply for your immigration IMMEDIATELY. Canadian immigration is really speeding up spouse immigration cases so it should be done in a couple of months (depending on where you live).
If you want you can try to get visit visa for Canada but they will most probably reject you as they know that your husband is in Canada and he is PR (you should disclose this fact when applying for visitor visa). They will tell you to wait till you get PR visa.
