Hi actvally i stayed in canada only one day.So i think i do not meet residency obligation.WHat do you think?
IS there anyother option for me to enter to canada?.

(in reply to: To TIm and KENNY) You mentioned in your earlier post that you landed in Canada as a PR in 2005. According to the residency obligation you can maintain your PR status even if you stay out of Canada for 3 years (starting from the day you landed in Canada).
Therefore you have met the residency obligation.

Entering Canada with a valid PR card but without fulfilling Residency requirements (in reply to: To TIm and KENNY) I have a question instead! What if I haven´t met the residency requirement,that is, haven´t lived in canada for atleast 730days of the 5 years but can I enter or will I be allowed to enter Canada if my PR card is not expired?
