I am applying under Skilled Worker catagory from Buffalo.
Not applying for my Wife at this time.
Do I need to fill IMM0008 Schedule 1 Background/Declaration form for her.
Do I need to get Police Certificate and Clearance for my wife also.

I have the exact same situation and the instructions are very confusing as to what´s required. Also, is the statutory declaraion of a non-accompanying family member form available anywhere? Please help.
