Hi everyone,
I am new to the group but have found all the postings very helpful. I applied for SW in November 2004, got the AOR in March 2005, and just got the letter requesting my police clearances and medical records dated December 6th. I am now sending my fingerprints to the FBI but I have a question - I noticed that the Buffalo office Visa instructions ask you to include letter PC-1 with the fingerprints. How have others handled this - do you literally just fill out a copy of that sheet and send it in to the FBI with the prints? Any help is welcome. Thank you!

(in reply to: PC-1 letter for FBI clearance) That is what I did, but I sent my background check results in with my application. I assume that they will accept them. If not, I´ll just do them again.

(in reply to: PC-1 letter for FBI clearance) As of October 2004 Buffalo started to require police certificates at the time you sent in the application. Prior to this they sent you a notice instructing you when to get your police certificates.
