The immigration officer is right on your file working. It happens when the file just on the top of his table. But what is the status shown in the e client window?

I have another question regarding the email I got. The email i got from buffalo was from an officer; it was not like the previous email i got which was sent from unknown person.
Will that officer be the same officer who is working on my fiel? and is it a good idea to keep contacting him/her regarding my PR application?
