Hello guys.,
I contected CIC,Buffalo on january 2, 2006 regarding my PP request letter and this is what they responded today on jan, 6, 2006.
"A letter requesting your passport will be mailed to you January 10,
2006."
There was no sign of immigration officer or nothing.Just athe above lines.I hope this is not a standard response and this is just the end of it. But keeping my fingers crossed till i get my letter towards the end of this month.

That was the same response ´waiting´ got from Buffalo. It´s like PPR in principle. You will get that letter. Congratulations Boss!!!!!

Yeah i e-mailed buffalo at the address fund on their website.Anyway unless i get the letter officially its asusual day for me.

BOSS:
The wording of message for me is a bit different.
"The passport request letter will be mailed to you after January 10."
It tells us that our messages were sent back by two different officers. Probably typed by hand. I do not think it is an automated standard message. What do you think? Let´s hope for the best.

I do not read too much into these messages.The real deal is to get the PP letter. But it is always good to know that the immigration officers are not sitting on their lazy arse and instead trying to make some progress in finishing the case.

hey Boss, be realistic, come on, you are telling the same thing for the last 3 to 4 months "I do not read too much....". Rejoice man, you have made it, I am very very happy for you, because some times even though you answered well for others´ questions, I was easily able to see the frustration behind you not getting the PPR. You legend, you made it man, I am really very happy for you and I am also happy that an In-Canada study permit applicant has got it. Amazing man, rejoice, get ready for the party, God is great. I am really very very happy for you, believe me man. At last what matters is a confirmed email that you got from them, be happy and congratulations Boss.

Boss, quick question for you, what was the BFD in your CAIPS, and did you have "1" in all the results, because my timeline is almost the same as yours but I have BDEC vacant with dd-mm-yyyy. And even though MEDDEC is 0, I have M01 as assessed and finalised. Can you plz post the CAIPS results, Did your Eclient change to medicals received from In Process? If you dont mind plz post it Boss, thanks.
