Subject: can I send my case without IELTS
  Hi
Can I send my case for Canadian immigration without IELTS because at present I am living in Muroran, Japan. The nearest centre for IELTS exam is Sapporo, where this exam will be held on Feburary 26, 2005. Is it wise to send the case for processing without IELTS scores and then send it later. Is it harmful, please advise me. Thank you
Imran

Hi Imran,

What you can try is write a letter explaining your proficiency in English. Kindly explain in detail your use of English during your education and currently in your work place(if you are currently working).

If your application is accepted, great, at least your application will be in queue and you can provide the IELTS score later. But if they send your application back you will have to wait till you can appear in IELTS and send the score with your application.

When I applied I submitted an English proficiency letter and my application was accepted but recently when my friend tried to do that his application was sent back and he was told to apply with IELTS. So it depends ........
