Yes. I´m a student in Canada and my e-client changed to medicals in Aug - after that I got the early 2006 reply.

This is it man.Your long wait is over and finally you are a proud immigrant now.Iam so happy for you,since you have been waiting so long....I guess its party time.By now i think you must have received the letter.Alternatively you can ask the CIC to fax the PP request letter. I dont kow whether they will do it though...

You are right Issabella, I´m one of those applicants waiting since long time. Applied in Jan 2004, got an interview waiver in July 2004 and did medicals in Sept 2004. Of course I´m happy, but look at my fate, somehow the PPR did not reach me. Hopefully, things will be over by end of this month at least.
