You can bring as much as you want canada loves people with a lot of money especially if that money is coming over to Canada, but you have to check your own country law- rules as well, in some countries you are not allowed to take out some amount of money...so limit of money is not a problem for Canada but could be a problem for your country... Learn how much can you take out of your country... forget Canada, they will be happy to see more and more ...Oh by the way ...my god man how did they give you an immigration visa ? Your English really sucks friend, ...please first learn some English before going over there....

if you are landing, you must bring the minimum settlement funds stipulated by CIC. More than that is your option, but every dollar you bring will ease your adjustment and settlement.

Would there be a need for IELTS.
