| Subject: Police caution over 12 years ago. |
Hi,
I have received a caution from the Police in the UK for possession of cannabis (0.25g) but it was over 12 years ago. Would this be a problem to my application to immigrate?

You might be lucky buddy because its been so long ago, usually I think if its more than 10 years since the incident has occured then u might be eligible to apply, it might be pardoned! But do talk to an experienced Canadian Immigration lawyer who has handled such cases before. Good luck.
