Hi evryone I know this is a really silly question but what color envelope does your PPRs come in and what size. Do you have to sign for it. Thanks for your replies.

No need to sign. It comes in a brown envelope similar to the one IA came in. It is about 8" x 12". There are no silly questions.

Ours came in a yellow/brown size 10 (4.5" X 10") via regular first class mail. All it contained was the PPR letter (1 page), photo specs (1 page) and the authorisation form (1 page) in case you wanted to have them return your passports to your representative or via mail.
