  I have a three-year university diploma, after than I got MBA degree in UK. MBA programme in UK is just one year, so my total length of education is 16 years (6 years Elementary School, 6 years high school, 3 years university and one year MBA). How to judge my education score? 22 or 25?

You will score 22 points as you dont have at least 17 years of full time education.
