I´m Canadian Citizen, I would like to know there is any way I could bring my fiance within one month, and later I could prossess application, or any other option.

if they can get into canada on a visitor visa, then you could apply from inside canada to vegreville alberta. you will have to keep extending their visitor visa´s to keep their stay valid during the processing which is currently at 8-9 months.
please go to www.cic.gc.ca and read the inland sponsorship and pr guide and also the extension applications for visitors.
if your fiance is an American or UK citizen, they can get up to a 6 month stay with their passport without a visitor visa.
