I am waiting for IA in US. suppose After I get IA and finishing medicals, I move back to my country Nepal. what will happen?
will the process still continue in Buffalo?

I think they will have you re-submit on where your consul Nepal will fall ...
unless you retain your address in U.S. and comeback to the U.S. when you are called for interview .... coz they won´t know that you left in the 1st place ..
