HI Anonymous I have visit visa to USA.I have to re enter to canada to settle down .But i have not get my PR card.Shall i drive a rental car from USA to canada ?will they allow me with COPR?
Please advise me.

Unfortunately you will not be allowed to return to Canada with COPR if you do not have your PR card. You may wait for a while to get your PR card, or otherwise you have to apply a temporary permission for returnning to Canada from a Canadian consulate in the US.
