Gurus,
I applied for GC processing in May 2005 in skilled worker category. I had a new botn baby couple of months back. I need to add his name for GC processing. Currently I am working on H1b visa in USA and new born baby is a US citizen. Please let me know what needs to done.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

You have to add this child as a member of your family. There is a detail and important procedure for this. Please fax additional family information to CIC immediately. For help please email them:

Hi, I was in the same situation. I sent email to buffalo and they asked me to send the following documents
1. IMM 008 Generic (page 2 only)
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Copy of Passport
4. 4 Photographs(follow photograph standards,i think u have to write baby´s name, dob,date pic was taken on 1 or 2 photos)
5. Cashiers Cheque for $130 USD
