Hi friends,
I have recently applied for CIC as a skilled worker from dubai to London CIC office and got my AOR 3months ago.I have been residing in UAE from past 4 years on work visa.
Fortunely I have got the student visa for canada as well,and leaving for canada in a couple of weeks,
now my concern is will they change my center? or send back my file to bak my home country? or they transfer it to Baffalo.

Sara,
I think you need to request the transfer of your file to Buffalo if you want to change the centers. Also, you might want to update them on your current status (that you got a study permit). Hopefully this helps.
