Congrats waiting,

what type of additional documents did they ask for? I noticed you sent them 5 months after IA. Don´t they give you just 90 days to submit them?

yes we have US visas, but i heard you do not need one when landing. all you need is to tell them you are here to land.

But the question is are they going to put entry into the passport saying "entry denied" from US side. And will it not affect the future application for US visas.
Thanks for your response, though.

Boss:
They will not stamp an entry rejection on your passport, if that´s what you are referring to.

Instead, they will ask you to come into the office and talk to them. They will give you a form to fill in, and they will let you go. They refer to this procedure as ´flagpole´.

This is an established practice, that even CIC recognizes this.

You do not need a US visa to land.
