| Subject: UNABLE TO GET VISA TO ATTEND MY INTERVIEW |

I M PAKISTANI NATIONAL I HAVE APPLIED FOR IMMIGRATION TO CANADA IN JULY,2000 FROM CHC ANKARA,TURKEY. NOW MY INTERVIEW SHEDULED IN THIS MONTH ON 25 OCT BUT I AM NOT BEING ABLE TO GET MY VISA FOR TURKEY.THE TURKEY EMBASSY IS NOT ISSUING ME THE VISA FOR SOME REASON I DONT KNOW.
CAN I REQUEST TO CANADIAN EMBASSY TO ARRANGE MY INTERVIEW IN ANY NEAREST CHC ISLAMABAD OR ABU DHABI.

Sorry all you can do in this case is to try your level best to get visa of Turkey. If you are not applying from your home country it is your responsibility to get visa of the Country where you applied from.
CIC does not transfers files now. So if you miss your interview your case will be judged based on the documents you had provided and a decision will be taken. As you have been called for an interview it will not be a positive one.
All you can do is try to get visa of Turkey. If you are absolutely sure that you will not get visa of Turkey then write a letter to CIC Turkey and let them know of their situation. You can always request them to transfer your file to Pakistan (as you dont have any other choice). If you are one of those extremely lucky ones you file may be transfered. Best of luck.

Pray hard also for a reconsideration of your case by granting you file transfer to CIC Pakistan. Prayer can move mountains you know.
