| Subject: 05' Buffalo CSQ applicants- got pp req this month? |

I know that there are a many CSQ applicants who had their medicals done in July/Aug/Sept 2005 and would normally have got their PP req by Nov of last year and instead got the "early 2006" email.
Any one got their PP req in Jan yet?

IA- July 05
Med- Aug 05 (first week of august).

Requested DOC sent - 2nd week Aug 05
Was Waiting then emailed "buffalo-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca" in 2nd week Jan´06 and got a strange reply as below:
Your file is in queue for initial assessment which could take up to 49 weeks from application date.
Votre dossier a ?t? plac? en attente pour son ?valuation initiale qui pourrait prendre jusqu´? 49 semaines de date d´application.
Initial assessment has already been done then why again????
Does anyone have any clue WHAT IT MEANS ??
