Finallly, I received my PPR today, that was sent from Buffalo on Dec 22. Took quite some time, scary, but finally I got it.
Don´t ask my timeline: Jan 2004 AOR, Sept 2004 Medical, no interview, no 2nd time medical, e-client updated to medicals in Aug 2005, early 2006 email several times.
A quick question for those who have sent their Passports to Buffalo recently:
Do I need to write name and date of birth back of the photographs?

Yes, that´s right - no second medical.
No specific time frame mentioned except ´as soon as possible´.

Hi Kool.,
finally you got it man. iam very happy for you.I hope you send out your passport quickly by tommorow for stamping.I just sent out my passport today through expresspost as mentioned in the letter.At the back of my photos i just filled my name with the photographers addresss and date which it was taken (this was done by the photographer).I just filled my name in it.
One reason i could think of why your PPR letter took time is because, it was posted close to christmas time from USA.I have sent 3 posts to US on december 12 and all of it reached them only on jan 6th or 7th by express post.So that tells the story.
Now its the turn of mountains,issabella,max, hau and others..Cant wait to see them happy.

Hey, let us not forget ´hell´ who has been waiting since Nov 2003.
I am sure all in-canada students in early 2006 club will get their PPRs by mid Feb.

Great news!!
Mine is about the same timeline. This is assuring they are not asking for a 2nd medical. It will save time and money for lot of people like me who are waiting for PPR.
