Hi guys! I would appreciate any advice regarding this:
My boyfriend just got his PR in Can and will land in Feb 2006. He is from South America and i am from Europe. Currently we are both in Sout A. My question is when is a good time to get married. I understand he has to land first in order for me to get a PR later on. How long after he lands we can get married? I do not need a tourist visa to enter Can. Is it better to get married outside or within Canada. How long does it take to finish the process of a spousal application.

Let him land first. That will not arise any complicay. then you can do it within or outside Canada. Goodluck.

Yup. Let him land and you can accompany him (being from Europe, I presume you don´t need a visa to land Canada).
Once in Canada, you can get married while the paper work is underway. That way - you don´t have to wait outside Canada until your paper work gets done.

No i do not need visa to enter Can. And yes we will get married after he lands..i just wasn´t sure what is best ..to do it oustside or within Can. Is it best to first apply just for my working permit or straight for PR. How long can that take to get it?

Marry in Canada, Straigt for PR and work permit at the same time. Congratulation for the comming Happy married life.
