many people who have AOR in march have got IA. However these are the people who sent applications no later than December 2004

pererura, I have sent app in dec 2004 and I have no IA, yet. I know about yogi799 site but if you look more careful some of the timelines make no sense.Therefore, I am doubtful about that site.

BF= bring forward; indicates the actual date your application will be seen by officer

It is common misconception that BFD is a date when someone will look at the application.
BFD is only a reminder set by processing officer to have case pop up if there is no activity on the case before BFD. If there is nothing to be done at that time because case still waits for results of one or more checks then officer enters new BFD.
If all the checks have been completed in your case then final decision will be made as soon as the last check results are posted in the system. If there is something still outstanding in your case a new BFD will be set.
