Can you give examples of what is considered abusive under the immigration rules? When the supreme court can interfer in someone´s case? Reading throughout the forums I guessed there are many mal treated cases where people are put down to earth with unhonest and unclear immi system while they have paid their time and money for them.

well, rape, thief, threat, trying to kill some one, drug use, drug smuggling, terrorism, being a member of a fanatist religious group, harrasment, sexual abuse, any kind of involment in illegal things could be classified as unwanted things
