Hello
i am really confused !!! i have been in contact with a girl in Canada for almost a year and we do love each other alot and i live in Pakistan as an Afghan citezen
she has plan to come to PAkistan and gets married with me and stay here for a month
so Is it possible just stay one month with me and go back and sponser me ? as i read in a site it needs one year to be together and then someone would be able to sponser
so IS one month enough to stay with me as a wife and husband and go back and sponser me from Canada !!!
i really want a best way what we do to procede our case

There is no requirement to stay together for one year after getting married for a person to sponsor his/her spouse. So the girl can get married to you then go back to Canada whenever she wants to and sponsor you.
Just be sure you have sufficient proof to show that your marriage is legitimate and not for the purpose of immigration. For example you say you were in touch with the girl for about a year. I believe you must have sent letters, cards to her so keep a copy of these letters to show proof of your relationship. The more information you provide the better.
