i wish to apply for the canadian immigration right now i m working in tanzania for nearly 9 months and i cannot get a leave to go to india for pcc for the next 6 months, i came to know that buffalo rpc can obtain pcc from india .
rest of all my formalities are done can any one of you help me in answering the following questions
1. if buffalo rpc will obtain the pcc from india then how to apply the case to buffalo and from where can i get its address
2. since all my formalities are done can i submit the application form without pcc from india

Hey Ashish,
If you have been in Tanzania for 9 months and u lived in India for more then 1 year before you visited Tanzania then you have to apply at New Delhi and not at Buffalo.
You can apply in Buffalo only if you have been living in the US , or in Canada for more then 12 months.
Now if the Buffalo office accepts your application then there is what you do for PCC. Go to the Indian Embassy in Tanzania I guess its in Dar. But otherwise you to the Indian Embassy or High Commision or Consulate and request for a PCC. This PCC is as good as a PCC from India.
This should solve your case regarding PCC. The news about Buffalo obtaining PCC from India doesnt click well to me. It just seem too much work for the staff at buffalo. In the meantime its always advisible to send all the documents from our side and not wait for a letter from the consulate asking for more docs. Better be clear from your side.
