It should be 49 weeks from the processing start date shown in your e-case.

If it means 49 weeks (or whichever number of weeks), how do you describe the fact that I got EXACTLY SAME reply. My AOR date is March 10,2005 and on that letter they indicated 36 weeks as the time my application will be assessed. 36 weeks from March 10, 2005 was Dec 10,2005. However, I still do not have IA. Any clues? Should CAIPS help at this stage as I understand it is mainly ordered after IA.

at the application time their timeline was 36 weeks (it is just an estimation). now, due to large volume, the timeframe is 49 weeks. I got the same answer. You should get it in mid Feb

Boki: Really? I got my AOR on march 10th 2005 also and the letter said 52 weeks.

Yes,really.Where did you apply from?US? I applied from Canada,through Buffalo, SW class.
mircea, how certain is that "mid-Feb". Do you have CAIPS, and can you share your BF date?Thanks

my AOR is March 2005. But, my letter did not specify any estimated deadline for IA.
