Subject: IELTS
I was born, raised, educated and work in an English speaking country in the Caribbean. I am a citizen there. English is my native language. I have never lived elsewhere. Do I still have to take the IELTS examination to prove my abilities in English?

As long as you can document what you claim, you do not have to take IELTS. However the decision of the officer will prevail and you may be requested to take IELTS in specified timeframe (i.e.120 days)
