Subject: Gor reply from Buffalo part 2 |
Hi,
I said mid Feb based on the Aor date plus 49 weeks.
In my case I´m April 05 AOR and the AOR letter didn´t specify any timeframe but I received an email from Buffalo stating up to 49 weeks from application date. So I guess I´ll receive IA in mid March.

(in reply to: Gor reply from Buffalo part 2) here is my turn.
Applied: Nov 23, 2004
AOR: March 09, 2005, indicated 36weeks
BF date: March 09, 2006
NO IELTS, NO IA.

(in reply to: Gor reply from Buffalo part 2) mircea,
i think you should not rely on that calculation. my AOR is March 10,2005 and letter states 36 weeks. According to that, I should have received IA on Dec 10 2005, but STILL I HAVE NO IA.
So, their letter is a not accurate in predicting IA time.

(in reply to: Gor reply from Buffalo part 2) this is exactly what I said. The AOR letter is just an estimation. the period of time that has to be considered is the one from the recent Buffalo´s emails: 49 weeks.
if I would´ve considered 36 weeks I would´ve said late Dec and not mid March
