| Subject: Work experience validation |
I have a question regarding work experience. According to CIC website, the work experience gained should be within last 10 years. My question is wheather this work experience has to be within last 10 years at the time of submission of initial application or at the time of IA?

Once I was told by a consultant that CIC asses it at the time of initial assesment, not at the submission. But kinda confused abuot it. I think it is not explained in anywhere on CIC website.

the new law requires that the applicant should meet the criteria at the time of submission as well as at until the time of visa issuance, however most of the time they will do it in applicant´s favor.

Any experience you gain from the time of application to the initial assessment can also be counted.
