| Subject: CIVIL OFFENCE ON PCC ? |

Dear all,
I am new to this forum but am impressed by the knowledge of everybody involved. I will appreciate if you all can advise on my predicament.
I stayed in the US for a couple of years & then left for a visit to my home country.When I wanted to return to the US I was denied H1 visa as I had overstayed previously for a fortnight.I now work in the UAE & am trying for the Canadian PR. I have applied for US PCC & want to know if this civil offence if shown on the PCC can result in a negative decision from the Canadian immigration authorities.

Overstaying will not be shown in PCC. So don´t worry, do you have any other crime record in USA? that will obviously matter.
