| Subject: 2-3 Year Delay - is it a Rumour? |

Hi guys,
I have been reading on British Expats that there will be a 2-3 year delay for all cases filed after 2002 in all visa posts. Do you think this is true?

I just cannot wrap my mind around it. How can it be true if people are getting their PRs?
What are your thoughts?

No it´s not true. Each case is looked at on it´s own merits, case by case. It´s hard to wait I know but the day will arrive! :)

:) NO, not unfaithful, just waiting for the finalization. I really don´t want such a delay to take place especially knowing that things are so so close.
I am sure many people are at the ´almost there´ stage.

Everybody is waiting, frustrated my friend. What we can do? Ask help to God.

Obviously you will hear a good news and be prepared whatever the decission comes-that´s how you can be away from the frustration. Nothing else you can do.

Hi All,
Process times and also finalisation of the cases change from one country to another country and also from one person to another person...Do not consider everything you see here as the same thing will apply to you... For example you see guys waiting for about 4-5 years and at the same time others getting their visa after 2 years ...For example Moscow has the longest process times among all CIC centers and I will get mine in 2 years ... So just send everything accurate and complete and wait ... If you deserve it , and if you have done your homework well no worries...
