Y?all, I got my medicals done today.

FYI

Requirements ?
2 passport size photo
2 ID?s i.e. passport, drivers license etc.
Document from the consulate i.e. waiver/medical request form
No need for any special diet before the medical

Walked into the doctor?s office at 11:45 a.m. and was out by 1:05 p.m. They took urine and blood samples. Nurse checked my blood pressure, vision (using an alphabet chart like when u go get ur drivers license in U.S.) and weight. Doctor took about 20 minutes total, validating my IDs (passport and drivers license, u need 2 photo ID?s) and then asking a bunch of questions about my past medical history followed by a physical and oral examination. Then I was given a pre-populated form with my photo pasted to it and asked to go get and chest X-Ray a few blocks away.

Total Cost U.S. $340.

Thx y´all great :)
