I wish to apply to imm to canada . I wish to know where would my backgroound check be made . is it in my present country of residence or else where and what reason would the give for the check. because i am worried it should not upset my present place of resedience.

BC is conducted by the internal security deptt. of Canada. There is no applicant participation is needed. The agency conducts BC through local and international inteligence agencies.
