Hi! to all,
i´ve PR application since 2003 but not received IA yet,now i got arranged employment validated by HRSDC,can I submit it to embassy to add in my file there? and what will happen to my job order if it expired before issuing a PR visa as the job order i have is good for one year only.

you should definitely submit that HRSDC approved employment, that adds points.
can you negotiate your job order? maybe your employer would be willing to apply for a work permit for you so you can start working while PR is processing?
