I have a question regarding the police certificates. I have lived in the same town in Massachusetts for my entire life. Is it possible for me to send a local police certificate with my application or do I have to send the FBI form that someone gave a link to in a previous post? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

every applicant is required to send FBI clearance.
