i would like to apply for PR TO canada. i live in usa
can you tell me the different steps.i would like to know if all the people have to apply for certificate of selection of quebec? is this the only option or could i apply directly to Buffallo without any ceritificate of selection. how people from india does. thank you

What is your visa status in USA?
For how long have you been admitted to USA?
You can only submit your application to Buffalo USA if you have been admitted to USA for more than 1 year.

Quebec has establish its own immigration requirements and selects immigrants who will adapt well to living in Quebec. Therefore you have to apply for certificate of selection of quebec ONLY if you want to immigrate to Quebec.
