on the application, at section B: my family members:
I have to include my wife who is Canadian. They say to indicate passport number and expiry date, or if other document than the passport was used to enter Canada, the details about the document used. She was born here, so what should I use? Birth Certificate? it doesn´t have expiry date.
please help.

Yes,birth certificate.As for expiry date I would put "N/A".Please confirm with others.
