| Subject: eye colour - doubt please help |

hi,
i recenty read some caips notes . every notes there is eye colour of the applicant. My eye colour is brownish black . I mean it is black but when looked closely it is brown . When i filled the form for CIC , there were no options for brownish black . It was either brown or black .So I put black since it is more towards black. Now I am worried since in all caips notes i have seen the CIC is giving too much importance for it. This might sound silly .But i am loosing sleep on this. Pls advise me whether this will be a problem and if so what can i do ?

Hi Jovan,
Dont worry about your eye colour. Just relax and stay cool and sleep well. Eye colour is not a significant issue for processing your application. Continue to live a normal life till you hear anything in writing from them.

Same here, till now, I have, in all my applications put my eye color as Black. But someone recently pointed out my eyes are brown !!! I don´t care I still think they are more close to black. Most of the Indians have this problem and most of them put in Black color. Don´t lose your sleep on this. Man, life is too precious and we have only so many days to live...enjoy each day to the max... Canadian Immigration experience is just one of the phases of our lives...enjoy and good luck...

There can never be pure black eyes, its always a shade of brown, either dark or light, these stupid forms should never have the option of black. I knew this fact from a doctor so I always put brown although my eyes are very dark brown.

You have created a mess.At the time of landing they will veryify your eye color.If it will differ what you have written in Appllication U may be deported !!!!
Better buy some black color and tell some body to paint your eyes .I hope it will help
I had same problem and my friends painted my eye ball with black color.
