i was involved with small problem in my country before 3 month. i fight with some person and as result the court judge me to pay 100$.
i am still able to get police clearance certificate.
my question : during the BC the CIC able to know about such problem? and if they know it will affect me?

they might or might not know. If they know they might ask you for a written explanation. i do not know if this will effect the decision or not.
