Sharon what you think on the following post? it´s very important.
Subject: Quota 2006
I have learnt from some sources that because of heavy backlog that was processed by buffalo in Dec 05 - Jan 06 , the quota will be finished by the end of Feb 06.
last years quota finished in June. SO its not a very good news for early 2006 people.

unless there is some official posting on the CIC website, or you have been formally advised in a letter from CIC, I would be really cautious about jumping to conclusions.
If you have been advised early 2006, then I would wait and see what happens. You have another 2.5 months before we officially move out of ´early 2006´ (by conventional standards)

Sharon, seeing all these estimations of time, makes me wonder about our case! We received a letter on September 05, saying that our case would be seen within the next 10 weeks (this after sending medicals in April 05 and other documents) and those ten weeks are over! Would you consider us as an early 2006 as well?

IA: April 2005, request for Fees, medical exams, FBI, police reports,etc.
Document sent on June 2005.
Then we received the letter in September 2005, about the ten weeks in response to an update letter we sent. I hope is more clear! Thx in advance.
