from the date 12 july 2005 my interview was scheduled. and i appeared the interview. me and my spouce appeared for medical examination on 2nd august 2005. and after medical examination by 10th august our passports were sent to the embessy as they guided us. till today i havent received my visa. during this period became father of a child. so what should be the further procedure i should adopt. guide me on the above matter. my file was applied on june 200 from INDIA.

Bhatt,
Immediately inform CIC New Dehli about your child.
They will send you new forms so that you can add your child in PR application. They might as well send you the medical forms for your child´s medical examination.

Send the following documents to the Canadian consulate in India and request them to add your baby to your application.
1) Certified copy of baby?s Birth Certificate;
2) Copy of Passport;
3) the second page of IMM0008;
4) Application fee - Please check
5) 4 photos;
6) Cover letter to inform CIC the birth of child - Mention your file number
7) Additional Family information (IMM 5406) form
If they need any aditional information they will let you know.
