I got caips notes after ppr yesterday.
This infor can be valuable for those who waiting for PPR.

Although SEC and BDEC sections are blank I got PPR JAN 11,2005 (post maked on JAN 5 2005) and an e-mail yesterday they send back out PPTs bearing visa along with CanadaXPRESS tracking number.

RECORD CHECK OK (blank->OK)
all changed on Dec 5 2005 and the new caips notes were generated on Dec 30 2005.
