Hi,
I got my wife birth certificate without her name.
Becuase when she was born that time they did´t give her name. so the municipality people given the certificate
without her name.
so is it valid one?.
can i submit this birht certificate for canada immigration?

No name on certificate? (in reply to: Birth Certificate Without Name) How would they know it is her birth certificate?
If they can then it would be valid, otherwise of course not.
Else you may need some additional proofs that it is actually her document.

(in reply to: Birth Certificate Without Name) Where in this planet does a municipality issues a birth certificate without a name? Are they joking? Why can´t they re-issue a birth cert with complete details? Would it drain their resources just for a single document?
Don´t dare to submit the "anonymous" birth cert unless of course you´re making mockery of yourself.

(in reply to: Birth Certificate Without Name) The birth certificate should atleast have father and mother names on it.In addition to that you can give your 10 grade certificate which will also have the DOB and father name.
