Can someone answer this question for me. My girlfriend married an American. They have been married for 1 year. She recently found out her name is not on anything. The House, the cars, bank accounts, etc. What are her rights if she was to leave him? Would she get nothing?

how would it take a year to realize she didn´t sign anything to be on the bank account, the house loan or a car title?
no, I doubt she´d get anything unless she has proof of putting something into it or having joint ownership of something.
